Self Aggression's self-titled album is an exploration in one's own dignity and, conversely, one's own self-loathing, packed into eight tracks of fine powerviolence/grindcore/hardcore. Self Aggression is reflective of what it means to come to grips with the person you see in the mirror--the one you find that you hate most. But, it is also the possibility of learning to love that person you hate most: yourself.
